Guestrooms:
The coziest rooms feature up to 310 sq. ft. of coastal charm and sophistication along with an indulgent touch, whether it’s a jetted tub for two or dramatic picture window that looks into the woods.
Suites:
These roomy suites offer between 420 and 620 sq. ft. to comfortably spread out. Each one features a warming gas-burning fireplace and a luxurious bathroom with a large jetted or soaking tub.
Cottages:
The five stand-alone cottages range from 400 to 1,035 sq. ft. They combine space, privacy, and direct access to the heated Infinity pool or views of the Kennebunk River.

Little Barn

Simply executed, yet expertly prepared, the flavorful and approachable dishes at the Little Barn bring the local Maine farmstead and fisheries to the table. It is a fantastic way to experience the amazing food and service for which the White Barn Restaurant is known. Enjoy the Provisions menu along with Chef Matt’s daily menu board, featuring ever changing local favorites. Their Chef comes to work at the The White Barn Restaurant and he comes to play in the Little Barn.
Optional Experiences
Cook alongside the Chef in the renowned restaurant or enjoy a private cycling tour with the General Manager along miles of wooded trails lined with beautiful old pine trees. A world of unique pleasures await in coastal Maine.
