Terms & Conditions

Terms and Conditions applicable to land only, scheduled air packages, and charter air programs. This agreement contains the terms and conditions by which National Travel, 707 Virginia St. East, Ste. 100 Charleston, WV 25301 in consideration for a participant’s payment, agrees to provide these travel tours. All products and services depicted in this brochure are subject to change without notice. The information in this brochure is current as of the date of printing and may be different on your booking or travel dates. Please visit www.nationaltravel.com for the most current information. Read this agreement carefully. Payment to National Travel Inc. or your travel agent constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Travel Reward points do not expire as long as the program member either earns or redeems points within a 36 month period. 

Travel Rewards may be withdrawn at any time. Should the program be terminated, participants will have 60 days to redeem their respective points after which time they shall automatically expire. Travel Reward Points have no cash value

A family may have a joint account or a business entity may have an account in which case the points are consolidated and may be used by the family members or employees covered by that account. Every joint account shall have a master account holder designated who may enroll other family members or employees as they please. Travel Reward Points may be transferred or distributed upon written request to others enrolled in an account by the master account holder. A master account holder may transfer any number of available points to another separate master account holder by using the Master Account ID Numbers. All Transactions are final. 

Any controversy arising hereunder shall be settled by arbitrators in the city of Charleston, State of West Virginia, in accordance with governing rules of the American Arbitration Association. Judgment upon award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Liability Statement

National Travel and its parent subsidiaries, affiliates, and representatives, act as agents for independent travel suppliers, such as airlines, hotels, and other independent suppliers to provide you with the services you purchase; and is represented in destination by companies organized and existing in that destination, including providers of transportation and excursions. We have taken all reasonable steps to ensure that proper arguments have been made for your vacation. However, we do not accept and expressly disclaim any liability for the actions or omissions of these independent suppliers. If you find you have any dispute with such persons, however, we will give you as much reasonable help as we can in resolving a dispute.

You understand and agree that National Travel shall not be liable for any loss, injury, expense, or damage to persons or property resulting, directly or indirectly, from the acts or omissions of these independent travel suppliers, including but not limited to delays, overbookings, cancellation of services, cessation of operations, accidents, failures of equipment, or changes in fares, itineraries or schedules.

National Travel cannot control and will not be responsible for bodily injury, property, or other damage or loss caused by factors beyond our control, including but not limited to flight delays, airline turbulence, transportation accidents, war, terrorism, weather, quarantine, sickness, government restrictions, regulations or actions, mechanical breakdowns, acts of God, fires, earthquakes, floods, climatic aberrations, acts of civil unrest, strikes, riots, theft, disease or accidents, or failures related to the public internet, telecommunications lines or facilities, or third party technology systems, other unforeseen circumstances, or any other cause beyond our control, including your physical, medical, or mental disabilities, your failure to obtain valid travel documents or your failure to follow travel instructions. Under no circumstances shall National Travel be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the foregoing. Certain exclusions may not apply in some jurisdictions.

Changes and Cancellations

Special features offered by hotels are subject to change at the hotel’s discretion. In the unlikely event that a major change involving a pre-departure change of hotel, departure, or return date, departure city, or destination becomes necessary, we will notify you as soon as possible via the contact information in the booking. If you find the revised arrangements we offered unacceptable, you will have the option of cancellation without charge provided that you notify us within seven days of your receipt of notice of the change (or prior to departure date if notified less than seven days prior). In the vent of a change, we will try to substitute comparable services, but in the event of complete cancellation by us or a supplier, or if landing rights are denied by a foreign government, the flight will be canceled with a full refund.
