When I am not taking care of my professional commitments, I embrace every opportunity to study the cultures, cuisines and histories of the world around us. My adventures have taken me to Greece, Italy, London, Ireland, Nevis/St. Kitts, Aruba, Hawaii, Las Vegas, Mexico (Acapulco, Puerto Vallarta, Cabo San Lucas, Playa del Carmen and Riviera Maya). Travel is my passion as is enjoying great wines, sumptuous cuisines, breathtaking sunsets and time with friends. After all, it is one of life’s most civilized obsessions.
